“𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐍’ 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐄!” We’ve heard those words before, but here in Haiti, it means “raising sugar cane!” Ezekiel is one of our best workers. (He is not in the picture because he was busy with other things.) He has a “green thumb,” and can make anything grow! He invited our boys from our orphanage to come and cut some sugar cane! Haitian children LOVE to “crunch on sugar cane!” George, one of our older boys, who is now married, came with his young boy!

We loaded up the truck with some of our boys and took them to cut cane! Afterwards, when they went back to our orphanage, they all got pieces of sugar cane to munch on and to share with everyone! This was a “wonderful blessing” to our boys!! We want to thank “Ezekiel” for the sugar cane and many other items he has shared with us in the past!

It is nighttime now, and the kids are getting ready for bed, but they have had a great day, “cutting and eating” the sugar cane. We want to thank “Ezekiel” for “raising cane!”
