Daniel is one of three sets of twins we have at our Love A Child Children’s Home. He and his sister were supposed to be triplets, but due to his mother giving birth in a mud home with no doctor, one twin, along with his mother, both died.

Daniel was the smaller and weaker of the two twins and almost died. Daniel loves his twin sister Daniella more than anything in the world. He is very protective of her and she protects him. They are both in their last year of school I believe… or, it could be their next to last year. Daniel wants to be a mechanic, but he has major eye problems. We just sent him to the doctor to get glasses to see if that would help, but if not, we may have to take him to the Dominican Republic to make sure he does not have an eye disease. He always has trouble with one eye.

Daniel is quiet, sweet, and not athletic. He studies all the time… He is a hard worker and will do whatever he is asked… I say, “Thank God for a teen without an attitude!” I love those kinds! Daniel is a devout Christian, and wants to be a mechanic! We love this kid!!!
