Daphline (Daphlina)… She was born in a very “far away” village called Savaan Roche, Haiti. Her mother, Jolucia, died shortly after childbirth. Daphina’s father gave this baby to her aunt (her mother’s sister). But there had been a death in the family, and no one wanted to care for a new baby. There was no one to take her.

Someone said to “take her to Love A Child,” and that’s how she came to us. Daphlina is tall, beautiful, and very kind. She helps in the kitchen and loves to cook! She will soon finish school. She is a devout Christian and loves music, but she also loves “jump rope!” She is sweet and kind, and I would love to have another just like her! Bless our wonderful partners!!
