This little guy had a very hard start when he was born with a severe case of clubfeet. Many of you will remember Dieubon as he has been in our Love A Child Orphanage for years. We found him while conducting a Mobile Medical Clinic high in the mountains of Haiti. When we first met Dieubon, he could not walk and he was in very poor health. We knew he could not stay in the village and that he needed a miracle. Over the years, Dieubon has had several surgeries on his feet, and now he is able to walk, run and help out with chores. During his teen years, Dieubon was diagnosed with spina bifida and that condition has caused him pain over the last several years. In May, he went to the Shriners Hospital in Tampa, Florida for surgery. The medical staff there did a great job caring for Dieubon and he is doing much better now. Dieubon has been staying with Rad and Sandra Hazelip, our Love A Child Executive Directors, since May. Rad and Sandra have taken wonderful care of Dieubon and his health continues to improve. We thank Rad and Sandra for loving Dieubon and taking such good care of him before, during and after his surgery. Thank you partners for changing another life in Haiti.
