Love A Child will be involved with Disaster Relief for a very long time. In the meantime, all of our projects must go on. We have an entire school in Savaan Pit that was destroyed by the hurricane. There are so many hungry children eating from the garbage dumps. This is Robinson Pierre who lives in the Truttier garbage dump. Because of the heavy rains during Hurricane Matthew, most of the families’ tents have been destroyed. They are now living in even worse conditions than they were before, and hunger is like a “giant vulture” circling Haiti to devour the poorest of the poor.
