Stephanie has been with us since she was about a year old. Her brother, George, was born during Hurricane Georges, and his mother and father could not care for him. We took him in when he was about a week old. About a year later, his mother, in very poor health, gave birth to Stephanie and died a short time after.

George and Stephanie are “closer than twins!” George loves his sister so much! Stephanie works part-time in our Love A Child office in Haiti and goes to university part-time. She is taking management courses. We recently heard that she is planning to get married in December!! It will be a beautiful wedding, I am sure! We really love Stephanie, and we are so proud of her!! She is sweet, quiet, and very responsible.
