This young boy is always working! His job is “keeping the yard clean of trash,” feeding the horses and donkeys, and “rounding up the turkeys” into their pen each night! He is 12 years old and in 6th grade. He wants to be a mechanic (here at Love A Child, that’s a lifetime job because our vehicles break down all the time due to bad roads, potholes, etc.).

He is always friendly and “ready to help.” When we arrive here at our Orphanage, he is usually the first to open our door, greet us, and help carry bags or boxes upstairs. Dorisson is kind and always ready to wash our Jeep, inside and out! He has been with us since he was “very young” and is always helpful, courteous, respectful, and inquisitive.

He loves “working with Pastor Mark” and anything to do with “building projects!”

(Pastor Mark pays the kids with “Tootsie Roll Pops,” so that may have something to do with his “willing to work” attitude! Ha!)
