In the midst of all that’s going on in Haiti, COVID-19 virus, political uprisings, the “Papaya Gang,” and all of the sad things that are happening in the States, riots, etc., somehow the Lord gives us peace in the middle of chaos.

In Haiti, we gave beautiful new dresses, food, toys, and other items to other orphanages.

These are images from one of the organizations located in Ruska Village. Just look at the joy on the faces of these little girls with their new dresses and their dolls! In the States, this would not mean much to children, but in Haiti, where every gourde must be spent on food, no one could ever afford a new dress or a simple doll.

We want to thank Marianela Salazar, with Nela of the Poor, for the dresses and all our other friends who sent in dolls. (We would love to mention names, but I am afraid I would leave someone out). Thank you, my sweet, wonderful partners, for always loving and thinking about the poor children in Haiti.
