Thank God for His protection for Ezekiel. He was driving our Clinic Van yesterday afternoon and had to go through the “Papaya Gang” area. He was driving fast, but another vehicle blocked the road. When he went to pass, another vehicle blocked him and a man with a gun came and yelled at him and hit him in the head with the gun. Ezekiel said they shot at our van to make a flat tire, but the bullet also penetrated the gas tank because it immediately ran out of gas!

They “pushed our van” so far back into the middle of nowhere. They had him call one person and took his phone. They released him last night. We are so thankful to God! Between last night and this morning, they stole three more vehicles… and no one is doing anything about this, even the police, who are probably on their side. Haiti needs a miracle! Sherry
