She is about 12 now… It is sad to know that her mother died when she was very young. Her father had the responsibility of caring for her and her brother, Wiggins (Jacque), but that did not last long. There were other children in the family, and her father could not go out and make a living and care for young children. He would leave the children for days looking for work, and in the meantime, there was no food for the children. They were becoming malnourished.
He took the children to the Department of Social Services and they called Love A Child and we took them in.
Fabiola grew to be a sweet young girl. She loves housework! She loves to cook, iron, clean her room, and help prepare food. She watches the smaller children and still loves “Barbie Dolls!” The kids call her “Kok,” which means “Rooster!”
She is still thinking about what she wants to be, but she is intelligent and will make a good choice!!!
We love Fabiola and her brother Wiggins!!!
