Oh, what a joyous day! The Vela family moved from the garbage dump to a new home with new furniture! They brought tears to our eyes. The little girl looked at me and asked, “What is this?” I told her it’s a bed that you will sleep on! She has never slept in a bed in her life!!! A very special thank you to Terry and Graeme from the State of Washington for raising funds to do this. Thank you to the five women and four men from Washington, who worked in the hot sun. Thank you to our Haitian construction team for working day and night. Thank you to Mark Ostrander, who designed and oversaw the building of the houses. He worked many, many hours. They all worked many hours of love! Love Is Something You Do! Today, we moved two families into new homes in Miracle Village. More pictures later!  Love the colors!! This is Haiti!! Bobby and Sherry
