Yum! Farmer John’s Butcher Shop is inside Gwo Maché Mirak (a Love A Child sustainability project). Farmer John has the best meat in all of Haiti, and it is up to American Standards. Delicious! I can’t wait to have his sausage in the morning for breakfast! Bobby

“We had a great processing day. Today we had our new recruit pit master Mr. Jason bringing Alabama’s best barbecue to Haiti!! We processed the best pork that Farmer Johns has ever had! Contact us to get your orders in. We made some very special pork roasts, and pork chops that would be great for Christmas! Also a huge thank you to Mr. Edsel for helping with lining up everything from A to Z. We will soon have our commercial smoker set up so Mr. Jason can perform his Majic! We will have bacon, ham, and pulled barbecue pork very soon! Thank you everyone who has purchased our meat to keep this project moving forward!”
