This was a whole truckload of big goats being delivered to Farmer John’s slaughterhouse yesterday. Our cook ladies at our orphanage requested that Kaeli go over and buy four nice big goat heads.

Yum! You haven’t lived until you have eaten a goat head! Farmer John has great beef, goat, hog, and chicken. He has the best meat in Haiti! I love to see the Haitians come and buy very small amounts of cut-up pork or beef, and then go and sell them, and come back and buy more! Farmer John also sells to the big markets and the Marriot, plus a lot more.

This is our Love A Child sustainability project inside Gwo Maché Mirak. Putting Haitians to work and making money! Good job John!
