Today, the Feed My Starving Children Team will be arriving at 12:45. We will be doing food distributions this week and visiting some of the areas where we feed the children. These are wonderful people who make this food and donate it to us. We in turn send containers to their warehouse in Minnesota, and then load the containers and ship them to Miami. From there, they leave by ship to Haiti. Then, the hard part starts… getting everything released from Haiti Customs. We then send our driver and tractor to pick up the containers at the Port. There are so many charges that you cannot imagine!!! From there, the containers come to our Love A Child Food Distribution Center and are sent to the “regions beyond.” Thank you partners for “putting your hands with our hands” to feed hungry children!
