Yesterday, when we drove into the village of Old Letant, mothers were begging for food and little red-haired children were rubbing their stomachs. These people try to seek out a living by fishing, but it is not easy. So, yesterday afternoon we sent food. We don’t have all of our containers out of Haitian Customs yet, but we wanted to feed the worst villages first with what little we have left.

The people and children were jumping up and down when the food truck arrived! We want to thank every partner who has helped with a gift small, large, or widow’s mite to make “feeding the hungry” possible. Sherry
