The people here are freezing! I noticed a group of our children walking to school, but they were not in uniform. As I got closer, I realized that they were bundled up in the warmest clothes they had. They were huddled together, holding on to each other for warmth. Their laughter filled the air. They are so sweet.

Everyone here is so cold. You would think it is snowing. They are smiling and laughing and shivering. In reality, it is 22° Celsius. That is only about 72° Fahrenheit. But that is freezing to these people who are used to the hot Haitian sun.

Hopefully, it will warm up soon. 😀
