This week, we will be doing food distributions in some “rough places” in Haiti. These areas are very dangerous, but we have been giving food here, using this food, not only to feed the starving children but also as a “tool of the Gospel.” Jesus was always concerned about those who were hungry, whether they were Christians or not…

This village where we distributed food today is called “Sou Moulin.” It is a poor village of mud huts and no jobs, which is typical of Haiti…but a box of food brings hope, “and big smiles” of thanks!

We wish to thank all of our partners, large and small, for their gifts because every gift means “food.” We are also thankful and blessed to have great Love A Child workers who make all this possible. The Haitians say, “You cannot eat okra with only one hand…” It really means, “We all need each other!”
