Foubi!

“Foubi.” This Haitian word means, “scrub!” When we tell our kids at our orphanage to “get their mops and brooms” ready, it means everyone will “foubi,” or “scrub!!”  It is not work to our children, because they “turn the music up,” sing, dance, and scrub! The big guy in the blue shirt is Camy! He is like a “drill sergeant!” He believes in hard work and lots of fun!! Everyone gets involved, even our two Rottie puppies… they are trying to chew the water hose!

When you live in Haiti in a large orphanage, you have good days and rough days! But God has given us good children to raise!! Thank you, partners!! They consider “you,” as their “aunts and uncles!!” God bless you and thank you.
