These vegetables went into Ni Ni’s kitchen. Many more vegetables were shared with the cooks who cook for the workers three meals per day. The ATC teaches Sustainability, how to grow vegetables to support your family and make money. We have a three-day, a two-week, and a two-year course teaching Haitians.
