We are all so proud of this young man. If you look at him today, he looks like a completely different human being than when he was first brought to Love A Child. We truly serve a miracle working God. Moses’ entire existence has been, and continues to be, a miracle.

People talk about coming from “humble beginnings,” referring to some sort of rough early childhood. But I can promise you, you have never met anyone with a humbler beginning than Moses.

He was literally rescued out of an outhouse after being dropped in the toilet. The newborn was covered in human excrement and left to die. He is a real-life example of the scripture 1 Samuel 2:8, “God raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory…”

Moses has become a strong, intelligent, and handsome young man who is being raised in a Christian, God-fearing house. His desire is to be a mechanic, but until then, he has a job cleaning houses at Love A Child. Moses loves to play soccer and is pretty good at it. He is currently in the 10th grade. If you hear Moses speak, his voice no longer sounds like that of a little kid. He has the mature man-like voice of a grown up.

We thank God for his life and who he is becoming. Watch out Haiti, Moses is going to do great things!
