Well, as I told you, Franceau, one of the first four children we took in, is getting married in our Love A Child Church on February 5th. Franceau is still working on getting his house built but he will rent a small place until then.

Meanwhile, we got another shocker last evening. George (Georges) came to us, nervously laughing, and told us he is getting married in April, Lord willing. Wow! George has had a sweet, sweet fiancé for several years. He and four other boys have been making money on small projects, and they each have a small piece of land. We have told the boys and the girls that “living together,” is not God’s plan. They need an education or a good source of income and a house.

George was born on the day that “Hurricane Georges” hit Haiti years ago. George’s mother did not want another baby and she told some friends of mine, at a pharmacy, that she was going to “leave the baby in the General Hospital.” I agreed to come and get him, but “George came early, during Hurricane Georges!

We have a deep love for all the kids, but George has a very tender heart. If he does something wrong and Poppie Bobby gets angry at him, he will cry. He loves his dad so much, as do all the children… Running an orphanage or a children’s home in Haiti, is stressful, but it is so rewarding when we see them serving the Lord, then getting married!!!
