Ginyia’s mother died during a “C-section.” Her father then left for the Dominican Republic and “never came back!” She was raised by her 17-year-old cousin. But when it was too much to “go to school and take care of a baby,” she took “Baby Ginyia” to the Department of Social Services. They called us and asked if we could take her in. Of course, the answer was “yes!”
Ginyia has been such a blessing! She really works hard, cleans her room, and helps if she can in the kitchen! For now, she loves dolls, running, and helping to cook. She is also a member of the “Praise Dance Team!” Ginyia wants to be a nurse… and she will be a good one!
