“Swim Fast! School is Starting!”

Our kids here at Love A Child had a good day at the lake yesterday, by “Old Letant.”  It’s not a “tourist location,” but the local Haitian kids swim here (it’s the only bath the kids at Old Letant can get!).

Our children will be starting school tomorrow, Monday, so we let them go to the lake with the mothers at our orphanage. It has been so hot here in Haiti, and they all loved getting “wet” in the lake! Sometimes, there are local cayman (gators) swimming, but I think all the kids must scare them to death! Ha!

Every day is a challenge. All these children, each one, has a “story!” God sent them to us. Without the help of our partners, we could never do this! “Love is Something You Do!”
