We are so proud of our baby, Dumolia (also known as Dimelia). She is as beautiful outside as she is inside. We first met her when her father brought her to our orphanage after she had suffered severe burns. A large pot of boiling water had fallen on her when she was small and melted her skin from her neck down to her chest.
For years, we sent her back and forth to the Shriners Hospital in Boston for skin grafts. She went to school, 1st grade through the 11th grade, in the States, and 12th grade at an English-speaking school in Haiti. Now, she is finishing up her first year of medical college in Jamaica. We enjoyed having her back during the holidays, but now her head is in the books!! She loves the Lord with all her heart! Thank you, Partners, for changing another life!
