Yesterday, the Haitian Department of Social Services came to our Love A Child Orphanage with another child.  All orphanages must leave 20% of their occupancy for the Government of Haiti to bring in children who are abandoned or orphaned.  Stephano is five.  His mother is 19 and had been in prison for years.  She was just released, but she cannot take care of “Stephano” because of mental problems.  Stephano’s father abandoned him when he was born.
