“Haitian Kids Love to Cook!”

Yes, you can see the boys “cooking” as much as the girls! Our Haitian boys “are all boys!” They play a rough, tough game of soccer, but when you “put them in the kitchen,” you have a lot of “Haitian chefs!”

I am always amazed at the “older boys” who love to cook as much as the girls! We have a huge orphanage of kids, and they all work together with no problem!

But put a couple of boys in the kitchen, and you may see some future “chefs!”

Widelene, who has a degree as a “professional chef,” loves to take time to teach the boys, as well as the girls, how to cook! I think that boys love cooking as much as they love soccer!

It is a big “Haitian family,” and it has been a joy raising them!

There is no telling where their paths will lead them, but I am sure they will always “return to their big family for a visit” at our Love A Child Orphanage.
