Poor mothers here in Haiti, work “very hard.” In many cases, their husbands have left them and gone to the Dominican Republic years ago. Usually, the mothers are the “breadwinners,” for their families. These women carry “heavy loads” on their heads to bring to our market, “Gwo Mache Mirak” (Big Miracle Market) so that they can sell and make money to feed their children. These particular women sell their “wares,” at our market. They may come from the village of Fond Parisien, or they may come from the mountains! Even though they work hard, “life is tough,” taking care of children, and walking long distances.

We help them by giving each mother a box of our “Feed My Starving Children” food! This helps the mothers cook food for their children in the morning or when they come home from school. Each box of food is “very heavy,” and a huge blessing! And, each box of food from “Feed My Starving Children,” contains 216 meals containing a “long list” of vitamins, nutrients, etc. Rice, soy, corn, carrots, potatoes, minerals, calcium, Vitamin B-6, D3, etc., and is loaded with the best nutrition possible for starving children. You, our partners, make everything possible, and we thank you with all our hearts! Just look at the “joy,” on the faces of these mothers!! They would LOVE TO SAY TO YOU, FACE TO FACE, “thank you,” with all their hearts! We love you, too!
