We received some wonderful toys from our friend, Harry, and his sweet wife. We took hula hoops and frisbees to the mud hut village of Old Letant! We were swarmed by the kids and their parents! We took our Love A Child kids to show the other children how to use the hula hoops! At first, the children were a little afraid to try them, but after about ten minutes, they got the hang of it and even one Grandma got one! I was a little worried that she might put her hip out of commission, but she did good! Just look at the faces of these children! These gifts brought great joy to children who have nothing!! They really loved the frisbees! The moms wanted them to use as “food plates!” Never a dull moment in Haiti!
