I am sure many of you know Dimelia and her story. She came to live at the Love A Child Orphanage when she was about four-years-old. She suffered horrible burns at a very young age. When her father brought her to the orphanage, she was so sad and could not lift her arms or move her neck because of the severe scarring from her burns. God has made a way for her to have several surgeries in the United States over the last five or six years. These surgeries changed her life, and now Dimelia smiles all the time.
