NO CHANGES:
The bridge leading into Ganthier, 8 miles from us, is still torn up badly, and now it has a large steel welded container across it. No one can come out here from Port-au-Prince. We have not heard back from Kenya or anyone. We are holding on.
The Lord is with us, and we have his peace. The children are good. Some people on our Love A Child property have left because of fear. The 400 Mawozo gang said they will come this way. The community is in a panic. Many are fleeing to the mountains.
Psalms 91. Isaiah 43:2
FOOD CRISIS:
This morning at 10 A.M., we will have our third meeting with Mayor Ralph and the Ganthier committee on our plan to feed the 2,000 homeless families “seven days a week” who lost everything when the gangs came through. They will break your heart. I’m hoping we have one donor who will help with this project. We should know by tomorrow. We must purchase this food. We do not have nearly enough of the Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) meals to feed them beside others who have been promised these FMSC meals.
We need your prayers and support more than ever.
We love you from the bottom of our hearts.
