This is Jackson. (In Creole his name is Jasson, but we all call him Jackson.) When we first met this little guy, we were conducting a Mobile Medical Clinic in the mountains of Savaan Pit, Haiti. Jackson’s uncle brought him to me, and I was shocked at the biggest “belly” I had ever seen! Jackson had severe “Marasmus Malnutrition,” which causes severe kidney problems. We brought him back to our Love A Child Children’s Home and eventually, we were able to remove the water from his body, but his kidneys have always been a problem.

Dr. Debbie Chen, who has been on our Mobile Medical Clinics many times, regularly keeps up with Jackson’s needs, medications, and blood work by email with our Jesus Healing Center, here in Haiti. But Dr. Debbie knows, as we all know, that Jackson really needs more help than we can give him here in Haiti. He needs to be regularly seen by a kidney specialist and will require more intensive help that he cannot receive here in Haiti. His medical care needs to be donated and includes both hospital and doctor.
