James 2:16… What Should We Do About the Poor…

They are all around us, at the gas station, squeezing out $3.00 worth of gasoline because there isn’t enough gas and food. Have you ever been in line at the grocery store, and saw a poor mother or father, having to put food back, because they were short on money?!

We cannot “close our eyes” and “ears” to the cry of the poor. Imagine your “Heavenly Father” watching you in line at the grocery store. A poor mother is embarrassed because she does not have enough money to buy everything. What should we do? You may not know her, but perhaps the Lord had you come to the grocery store at just the right time! You can just pay whatever she is missing and consider the fact that “your Heavenly Father” is telling one of the Angels, “That’s my boy!” Or “That’s my girl!!” Our Heavenly Father wants to “brag about” His kid!! Let’s be a “giver,” and our Father will be so proud of us! Have a precious day!
