I can’t believe he is now “14!” Seems like “yesterday,” his poor mother was bringing this sick child to us, again and again! His mother was “very poor,” and Jameson was constantly at our Clinic, sick! She lived “across the lake” from us. It was hard for her to feed her family, and there were no jobs available. Jameson had skin diseases, coughs, and fevers, constantly.
There came a day when his mother was “very ill” and asked us to take him in. We could not say, “no.” Today, Jameson’s health is much better! He makes good grades in school and is a sweet kid! However, he turns into “a little stinker” when he gets behind a table full of dominoes! He is “very serious” about winning!! He makes “a lot of noise,” as he “cracks those dominoes,” down onto the table! Ha!! I think it’s just a Haitian thing to scare off his “dominoes” opponents!! Ha!

P.S. We’re gonna have to put some support under the wooden table! Haitian kids are tough when playing board games!! Whatever happened to “sweet, quiet, and shy,” Jameson??
