Jesse Ostrander has been in the Dominican Republic all week, preparing our Love A Child missions house for future trips. We also work in the Dominican Republic, ministering and feeding the Haitians in the bateys (sugar cane camps) where Haitian families live and work. The last week of this month, we are partnering with David George World Ministries giving out 300 school backpacks with school supplies inside!

David, Angie, RL, and Vanessa will also be giving out food in two different bateys. They will also be having a great church event with meals for the people. Both Haitians and Dominicans will be attending! RL will be ministering with his music. The Dominicans love him. He is hot for Jesus!

Here in Haiti, we have two more containers of Feed My Starving Children meals coming, and we are purchasing one container of premium rice in 27.5-pound bags before this week ends. Please pray for the safety of our semi driver, Casimi. He must drive through very dangerous gang areas… Please pray for his safety and that the food arrives here at LAC.

Monday, three days ago, was the first time ever that we did not have one box of FMSC meals or a sack of rice in our warehouse… I went in to give some food to some people, not one box or sack of rice. I was in shock… We are praying this will never happen again!
