Hello everyone, how are you?
“I’d like to make myself laugh, but I don’t have the courage,” she said this morning.
“If I took the time to tell you what happened to me during my pregnancies, you would not believe me.”
Indeed, Joane Bolier is the fourth daughter in her family. She is from the commune of Tabarre. She has two children and is about to have her third. You know everything that is happening in this commune.
“I’ve lost everything. I was attacked, the house I lived in was burned down, and the father of my children was burned by faithless, heartless men. How could I possibly smile when I look into the eyes of my new daughter, who has no father? How would you feel if you were in my place? At 39, I have nothing in my life, and I must thank the Almighty because I thought my delivery would be worse. I don’t have a heart for laughter. I hope you understand my situation, because what’s happening inside me is stronger than it was yesterday.
My daughter weighs 2.9 kg (6.4 pounds) and is 50 cm long (19.7 inches). My hope and trust is in the Lord.”
She left with tears in her eyes. It was heartbreaking. It showed us that she is carrying many burdens, and that is important to us because she had her baby here. She was so thankful for the Birthing Center.
We thank you for your prayers and support. Please pray for Joane Bolier.
