Here, we have Samuel, one of our older boys, Mibenn, who works for us, and Yonel, another young man, who also is one of our Love A Child kids. These are just “three” of the people on the “painting team!” Each and every day, they are “painting something!” We always want everything that God has blessed us with, to be clean and fresh.

Since the property is quite large, there are lots of buildings that require maintenance and painting! Elizie is our “head painter!” He is not in the picture, but he “always has a paintbrush in his hands.” He sees things we don’t see! He wants everything to look clean and beautiful! This is all because of you, and our partners, who have helped us build this beautiful Love A Child compound… and we try to take very good care of everything! It is not always easy, because of the Jesus Healing Center, the Birthing Center, and the Malnutrition Clinic, there are always lots of people on the property! Thus, the “painting team,” will always have a job!

We also have a “maintenance team,” under Pastor Mark, and we also have a “construction team!” All these people, hundreds of them… we feed them three meals a day, and let me tell you that the guys can “eat a lot!” Ha!

We know we are blessed to be able to give jobs to Haitian workers. They don’t need a “hand out,” as much as a “hand up!” Thank you, partners, for always standing with us, in the good times and in the bad times!
