Some of our older girls came to Love A Child to surprise “Mommie and Poppie!” We had not seen Fabienne and Bianca in a long time, due to gangs blocking the roads. They managed to find safe passage to get here, and we were thrilled!

You don’t have to tell these girls to “work!” There are plenty of jobs to volunteer for… Fabienne was in our Jesus Healing Center clinic, taking blood pressures and much more, while Bianca was doing the same in our Maternity Clinic. Bianca is in college, studying psychology, and Fabienne is studying to be a dental assistant.

Actually, we had other girls volunteering in the labs, doing Ultrasounds, and much more!

We have had these girls since they were very young. “We” are the only family they have ever known. They consider their orphanage siblings as their “real family!” We are proud of them. They work hard, study hard, and go to church! And yes, they are all “looking for a good husband,” just like “Poppie Bobby!”
