When his mother died, his father brought him to us because he could not care for him. He was a “skinny little thing,” and the kids nicknamed him “ti pikan,” which means “little thorn.” He might have been a “little thorn” back then, but he is a big tree now!!! He has been through a year of college to become a technician, but we had to bring him and the other college kids home again, due to the gangs. Kidney is shy, sweet, and responsible! He really wants to finish college! We pray that the Lord directs his path!
