Kids on the Rock Pile…

During the 2010 earthquake, we were the largest “Field Hospital” in Haiti, and we still have a lot of miscellaneous rocks to deal with. Those in charge of the Field Hospital on our land had ordered a lot of gravel and rocks to be put in the area where the doctor’s tents and Field Hospital buildings and tents were! So, little by little, we are “still moving rocks” in our spare time.

We have a “rock crew” who has lots of expertise in moving rocks!!! Poppie Bobby promised the orphanage boys a “special gift” if they would do a good job of moving as many rocks as they could, and putting them in a pile… and he promised them some special gifts!

We are thankful to World Vision for the pallets of clothing, hats, tee shirts, and much more! We will be giving the majority of those items to the poor mothers who come to the Maternity Clinic and to the poor families who come to our Clinic, and the poor families in the mountains.

But today, we had to give something encouraging to the “Kids on the Rock Pile!” (Our orphanage boys.) Special thanks to World Vision for these beautiful, new tee shirts and hats!!! All our kids, say, “Thank you, World Vision!”
