9-year-old Edna Louis and her siblings struggle daily to survive in the village of Grande Ravine, Haiti, often going without food while their mother searches for work. Living in a leaky, handmade shelter, the children care for one another, hoping each day for something to eat. Love A Child brings urgently needed food and hope to families like Edna’s, delivering a full month’s supply of meals in the midst of growing hunger and violence.
