Madamn Philemon is one of our main cooks. We feed 411 employees, twice a day… and boy, can they eat!

Madamn Philemon is not only a good cook, but she is a “healthy meals cook!” She asks our ATC “Agricultural Training Center” workers always to make sure they harvest our “Moringa Trees!”

I’m sure you have heard of the “Moringa Plant!” It is a “Miracle Plant!” It has so many vitamins and good, healthy medicinal qualities!

This food is not only “healthy” and delicious, but it is keeping our workers healthy so that they can do their jobs as doctors, nurses, teachers, mechanics, yard workers, orphanage workers, etc.!! We also use it at our Orphanage!!

We are so thankful to the Lord for His great gift of the Moringa Tree!
