Latest Haiti Update

We received word today by telephone, it looks like we will be leaving for Haiti on Thursday. Please pray, it’s looking good. Prayer works!

Today we are paying for another container of rice being bought in Haiti. Thank you to everyone who has helped. We have two more containers of Feed My Starving Children meals arriving in Haiti any day now. Thank you, Feed My Starving Children.

We have paid for 7,500 pounds of Tilapia fish! Thank you for all who have given. Next week we will be purchasing more rice in Haiti and hopefully more Tilapia fish.

The children are the future of Haiti. Some people have asked if our schools are open in Haiti. No schools are open that I know of, for sure not in our area. Families are suffering, especially the children, which breaks our hearts into many pieces. Poor Haiti is being devastated. We are looking forward to Thursday when hopefully we can return. We miss our children!

Sherry and I are so proud of all of our Haitian workers. Our staff is all working so hard and running everything just as if we were there. Thank you, Bryon Ray, and all the Haitian construction workers for keeping all of the projects moving forward. Thank you to all of our friends and partners for your wonderful and kind generosity.

Love is something you do!
