We just finished our third quarter Board Meeting today at the Love A Child Headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida. Our annual audit results were presented, and we are happy to report that 94 percent of our donations go directly to our program services in Haiti to help the poor. We know this is important to our donors, and we take great care in being wise stewards for the Lord. We always strive to achieve excellence in accountability and transparency. We recently received the 2019 Platinum Seal of Transparency from GuideStar. In addition, we are a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), which requires the highest standards of accountability for non-profits. Love A Child has earned America’s Best Charities “Best in America” Seal of Excellence. We also maintain a Four-Star (four out of four) rating from Charity Navigator, America’s largest evaluator of independent charities. This is the highest rating an organization can receive.

“And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is the servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.”  Luke 12:42-43
