Lionel is one of our children at the orphanage. We will see if he is a candidate for surgery from a group of orthopedic surgeons coming to a hospital here in Haiti. Lionel’s father had gotten angry with him and “held his hand in boiling water” as punishment. He was given to us by the Department of Social Services here in Haiti.
