Imagine living in a poor village in a mud hut with a dirt floor and no job. Most people here in Haiti make a living by finding some wood to sell or searching through a garbage dump…
Others have a little “something to sell,” but it is often not enough for food and certainly not enough to buy “liquid soap.” That is a luxury!! So, when we came into this village, again, the kids all wanted to “shampoo their heads” and the ladies needed something to wash with. We have brought boxes of liquid soap for bathing and doing laundry and it was “like Christmas in June!” Thank you, International Aid, for this wonderful gift!!! We still have lots to distribute! God bless your wonderful hearts! Bobby and Sherry Burnette
