Two of our favorite Love A Child employees, Edna and Christnold Pierre, were married in our Love A Child Church yesterday! You can see Edna “coming down the aisle” with lots of bridesmaids! They all had dresses alike! (You can see most all of them!) And they used the same color scheme as the curtains! There was also another couple who got married yesterday! (Here in Haiti, they often will do this and share the expense of the wedding!)

Even though it was hot inside the church, no one minded! Anyone who is reading this knows that “Haitians love to dress up!” No matter if the place is not “air conditioned,” they want to come to any weddings they are invited to! (The older girls will save back a special dress for weddings!) Everyone had a good time! Little children, aged four or five and up, had their parents’ iPhones taking pictures!

We are so proud of Edna and Christnold for taking the time to save their money and have a really beautiful wedding! We are so happy for them, and we pray that the Lord will abundantly bless them.
