This young beauty is Lovely Burnette! She has been at the Love A Child Children’s Home since she was a baby. A lady who was selling in a Haitian market found her abandoned and crying on the street. She scooped that little baby up in her arms, named her Lovely and brought her to Love A Child. Lovely was very malnourished and tested positive for HIV. She has taken lots of medicine over the years and will continue to need treatment. Her brothers and sisters welcomed her and showed her lots of love. She was given three meals a day, and soon she began to thrive. Today, this lovely young lady enjoys going to school, singing, dancing and spending time with her huge Love A Child family!
