We receive all kinds of things for children from shoes to toys to school supplies, etc. Every item is a blessing because everything costs a lot of money here in Haiti. A lot of money!

Some donors use their names, and some prefer to remain “anonymous,” but the wonderful thing is that Jesus overlooks nothing! Regardless of who sends it or where it comes from, we know it took a great deal of time and effort to make these items. We want to thank you with all of our hearts.

Today, we distributed more of the green school backpacks to school children! Everyone wanted them!! These were a big hit and we saved them for the poorest children in Old Letant! Then, we had “handmade” little cars wrapped carefully in napkins, so they could make the trip to Haiti. This partner also wishes to remain “anonymous.” Thank you all so much!!! We also have lots of baby hats and booties made by New Hope Presbyterian Church! We are going to give these to mothers today for their babies!! Jessica will be here to help me.

We wish we could just come and give every one of you a “big hug,” and someday we will!! Thank you with all of our hearts, on behalf of Haiti’s children.
