Many helpers for Disaster Relief: 10-26-16 6:00 PM

As each day passes we are learning more about the hurricane damage in the “Regions Beyond.” Even the areas that did not take a direct hit, like the southeastern coastal region of Haiti, suffered a crushing blow. The high winds that ripped across the island destroyed many homes; especially the mud huts that so many Haitians live in, were flattened and their few belongings were lost. In our continuous Disaster Relief efforts, we are putting together Disaster Relief buckets, which include towels, soap, water, food, toiletries, and clothing to help them physically cope with their immediate loss. It will be months before many of these poor Haitians can be reached, and years before the island will recover. We are so thankful for everyone who has worked tirelessly to bring a bit of hope to those suffering from the damage of the hurricane. Please pray about what you can give to help us ease the suffering here. God bless you all who have donated and given to our Disaster Relief efforts. Sherry
