Moses’ story is very different! His mother did not die in childbirth, like many other children. She “did not,” want another child. She began to give birth and hurried to the nearest outhouse. She sat down and let her baby drop to its death!
When she left, an older Haitian man heard the faith cry. With some help, other men lowered him “down into the filth,” the “roaches,” and “rats!” The ladies of the village cleaned him up and sent him to the children’s hospital. Someone heard about Moses and we got a call from someone, asking if we would take him!
Moses is now 17. He works hard at anything he does! We caught him “playing marbles,” but he loves soccer too! He is in 9th grade and wants to be a mechanic!! He is a “miracle!”
